8 medium strawberries- 50 cals 1g protein
1 cup pineapple- 76 cals 2g protein
Source Yogurt 100g Pineapple-coconut-banana 35 cals 4g protein
6 ice cubes
1 scoop GNC Whey Iso Burst French Vanilla Cream Protein Powder 85 cals 20 g protein
This made 1 litre so 2 huge cup fulls!
I won a VIP party night at my favorite bar for tonight! Its VIP for 8, $200 bar tab and access to the VIP room. I love going out because I could dance allll night I love it so much. Such a good workout. I also don’t like sugary drinks so I drink vodka, water & lime mm mmm. I’m off to do my Insanity & make some protein cookies! Happy Saturday <3 xx

Seriously guys, anything, help me! I eat waay too much fruit. I know fruit is good for you but it’s also high in carbs and healthy sugars. I want to cut down. What are some good high protein foods besides chicken, fish, eggs, etc. Need more snack type foods to get me through the day. Help!!

*sigh* gained a pound. Such a bad week. Could have been worse I guess. I ate soo bad, at least I still worked out every day. It was also recovery week with Insanity so I didn’t get as hard of a workout as usual. Back at er this week with month 2 of Insanity and eating insane healthy again! I got this!
